This site is a set of static files with no server behind it, so the form composes the message in your own mail app. Nothing is submitted to us until you press send there.

We read it and reply
A person reads it — not a routing bot — and replies within one working day. If what you need is outside the seven services, we say so rather than stretching to fit.

We propose a time
Forty-five minutes, video or phone, with whoever from your side runs the process in question.

You get it in writing
After the call: a written summary of what we heard, what we would do about it, and roughly what that involves. Yours to keep either way.
