About GenZoto Limited

Most AI suppliers stop at the API call.

We specify the edge device, rack it, network it, and then write the model layer that runs on it. That vertical span is the whole reason to hire us rather than two suppliers who blame each other.

The split between “the software company” and “the infrastructure company” is where most AI projects stall. The model works in a notebook; the deployment needs a power circuit, a network drop and someone who will answer the phone when the room hits 40°C. When those are two contracts, the gap between them becomes yours to manage. Here it is one contract, and the gap is ours.

Where we work

Four layers, and we are accountable for all of them.

  • L4 / AI Interface

The part your staff and your customers actually touch.

  • L3 / Automation

Handoffs removed, systems talking, exceptions queued for a person.

  • L2 / Platform

The APIs, data model and deployment everything above stands on.

  • L1 / Hardware

Edge devices, servers, network and power — specified, installed, commissioned.

How engagements run

Four rules we would rather be held to.

None of these are unusual. They are written down because the projects that go wrong usually went wrong on one of them.

  • GOV-01

    One technical lead, named

The person who scoped your engagement stays on it. You are not handed from a salesperson to a delivery team who were not in the room.

  • GOV-02

    Written change control

Scope changes go in writing with a cost and a schedule impact before work starts, not in an invoice afterwards.

  • GOV-03

    You own the artefacts

Code, schemas, as-built drawings, evaluation sets, credentials. Held in your accounts, in your name, from the first week.

  • GOV-04

    Exit is designed in

Every engagement ends with a handover pack good enough for another supplier to pick up. If leaving is hard, we did it wrong.

The team

Who you would actually be working with.

We are not going to fill this with stock photography and invented biographies. You meet the people who would run your engagement on the call itself, before you commit to anything.

Ask us on the call

  • Who would lead your engagement, and what they have built before.
  • Which vendor certifications and partner tiers we hold, and which we do not.
  • References you can contact directly, without us in the room.

Next step

Come with a process, not a shopping list.

The most useful first call starts with the thing that costs you the most time or the most money, and works backwards from there.
